Leading without God’s help, your leadership will perish. You will stray from your values and may even rely and trust yourself more than you trust God. When, not if, your leadership falters of (self, family, vocation, relationships, time, and money) you will notice that you fell away from your creator. I affectionately refer to this as losing your compass. I pray this devotional serves as a daily compass to leaders of all walks, levels, and anchors them on the importance of their leadership. I wrote this devotional for leaders because of the lessons I learned and realized nothing can sustain or succeed without starting your day in prayer, meditation, or in conversation with God. He guides and is the compass that will transform you into a leader of worth. The author encourages each reader to learn, live and lead the way you want to be remembered.
